Avnet Embedded have recently launched a complete technical service for Microsoft Embedded operating systems in co-operation with BEPS Engineering an Italian Microsoft Embedded Silver Partner.

The complete technical service by telephone and email, is available to Italian customers. Powered by BEPS Engineering and supplied in the Italian language, the service covers the entire family of Windows Embedded operating systems.

After 3 months of operation, customers have provided positive feedback and Avnet Embedded are pleased to continue offering the service free of charge. This service implements the “common success” strategy: the faster we help you to fix the problems, the faster you can go to production and the faster you will succeed in the market selling your devices. Over the past 3 months we received 19 requests for support and 50% of these issues were solved the same day.

Customers can ask for support using email (SUPPORTO-MICROSOFT@AVNET-EMBEDDED.EU), phone (+39 011 19825216) and skype (SUPPORT.SOFTWARE.EMBEDDED) answers will be given by email: in this way we are building a knowledge base, in Italian language, that can reduce the response time in the future.
